CLOCK
OUT
Your coworkers opened the “Mandatory Synergy” email and turned into Workaholics. Survive the horde from 9 AM to 5 PM with staplers, hot coffee and Reply-All lightning, then clock out.
A whole workday in ten minutes
CLOCK OUT is a “survivors-like” action roguelite. You move and roll; your office supplies fire automatically. Every Workaholic you stop drops Gold Stars, every level-up is a Performance Review, and by the afternoon you're an unstoppable tornado of swivel chairs.

Why you'll clock back in tomorrow
18 weapons, 14 evolutions
Max a weapon, pair it with the right perk and crack open a Supply Crate to evolve it, or merge two maxed weapons into one. Soak the horde with the Water Cooler, then fry it with Reply All.
Daily Shift
One hand-picked run per day, identical for everyone, with its own workplace policy. Post your score to the daily leaderboard and share your timesheet.
Real progression
Earn pay every shift and spend it on your own place, from your parents' basement to a private island. Hire 7 different employees and climb from Intern to Chairman of the Board.
The day changes
Cool morning light, a harsh noon, golden afternoon sun, then lights out at 5 PM for a boss fight lit by emergency strobes.
Three bosses
The HR Rep at lunch, the Synergy Consultant at 3 PM and the Regional Manager at 5. Beat him to Clock Out, or stay for endless Overtime.
Made for breaks
Instant pause, auto-pause when you switch tabs, and a Boss Key (B) that hides the game behind a perfectly boring spreadsheet.
The shape of a 9 to 5
Each in-game hour lasts one real minute. Here's what to expect.
A trickle of Workaholics. Grab Gold Stars and pick your first upgrades.
Caffeinated Sprinters join, and the first all-hands meeting surrounds you.
Paper Swarms and exploding Temps. A Middle Manager arrives with a Supply Crate.
Boss: The HR Rep rolls in on her Help Desk with caution tape, exploding memos and a conga line.
Spam Bots, Copier Mimics, IT Ninjas and Overworked Brutes.
Boss: The Synergy Consultant hovers in on his podium with live Synergy links, boomerang buzzwords and a charge that turns.
Stampedes, elites and the densest crowds of the day.
Lights out. Everyone goes home except you: The Regional Manager drops in for a one on one in his battle mech.

Frequently asked questions
Is CLOCK OUT free?
Yes. The whole game is free to play in your browser. There are no loot boxes and nothing to buy; all upgrades are earned by playing.
Do I need to download or install anything?
No. CLOCK OUT runs on WebGL 2 in any modern version of Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari, on desktop or mobile. You can optionally add it to your home screen.
How do I play?
Move with WASD, the arrow keys, a gamepad or by dragging anywhere on a touch screen. Weapons fire automatically. Press Space to Combat Roll through danger (once every 20 seconds). Collect Gold Stars to level up and choose a new weapon or perk each time. Survive until 5:00 PM and defeat the Regional Manager to clock out. Read the Beginner's Guide for strategy.
How long is a run?
A full workday takes about ten minutes, which is roughly one coffee break. You can pause at any time, and the game pauses automatically if you switch tabs.
Is my progress saved?
Yes. Your pay, home, unlocks and stats are saved in your browser, and after your first shift they are also backed up with Cloud Save. Settings → Cloud Save gives you a private code, a link and a QR code to keep playing on another phone or computer. No account needed.
What is the Boss Key?
Press B (or the backtick key) and the game instantly pauses and turns into a dull budget spreadsheet, tab title included. Press it again to get back to work… on the game.
Is it suitable for kids?
CLOCK OUT is cartoon office slapstick: no blood or gore. Defeated Workaholics burst into paper confetti.
What happened to the old Play At Work games?
We retired our collection of classic clones to focus everything on one original game we're proud of. Read why in the launch post.
