Use of the game
CLOCK OUT is provided free of charge for personal entertainment. You may not attempt to disrupt the service, reverse engineer the leaderboard, submit falsified scores, or use automated tools to play Daily Shifts.
Leaderboard names
Display names must not be offensive, impersonate others or contain personal information. We may remove names or scores at our discretion.
Intellectual property
The CLOCK OUT name, game design, code, text and music are owned by Play At Work. Third-party assets are used under their respective licences (see About).
Playing at work
Despite our name, please follow your employer's policies. The Boss Key is a joke, not legal advice.
No warranty
The game is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for lost progress, interrupted service or any indirect damages, to the extent permitted by law.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
